I have been in real estate for over 25 years.  I started my real estate career in New Hampshire, and after relocating to Florida in 1991, I received a Florida real estate license.  About 6 years ago, I decided to get a manufactured home broker's license.  I fully intended to continue selling real estate from my office at Keller Williams, but I also wanted to sell manufactured homes in manufactured home communities.  The manufactured home business flourished, and I found myself to be busier than I wanted to be.

I reside at Cypress Lakes, an adult, five-star manufactured home community.  I decided to look for people who wanted to increase their income, and I found several people who were interested in doing sales.  They all live in Cypress Lakes.  They all know and love this community.

The Cypress Lakes Community is one of the communities that offers leased lots as well as land-owned lots.  With both my real estate license and manufactured home sales license, I can cover both.  I also hope to expand to other adult communities.
